Projects Fire restoration of 2 story home with rental unit. Major structural repairs to roof, framing, and all interior finishes are to be re-mediated and replaced.  

1541 VINCENT MASSEY DRIVE

Projects Bassi was hired to act at the general contractor for the OHA. The project included the restoration & rebuild of the 27,000 sq.ft student residence which burnt down. During the remediation process, we were hired to add an addition 4,500 sq.ft. building between the existing structure and the new residence.  

2612 SHEFFIELD ROAD

Projects Bassi was hired to restore the 16,000 Sq.Ft. unit due to a fire. Beyond restoration, our team added a new second storey mezzanine, new office space and reinstated the warehouse space.  

3326 LIMEBANK ROAD

Projects Fire restoration of Bay #2 at 3326 Limebank.  Fire started on mezzanine level causing smoke and floor damage throughout unit. Including damages to roof, trusses, and windows.

Projects The Bassi Fire & Flood division was hired for the fire restoration of a 2 bedroom apartment including asbestos abatement of drywall finishes.  

420 CITÉ-DES-JEUNES BLVD

Projects Bassi was hired to re-build the 3-storey wood frame residential building which was subject to a fire. The building is part of a large 32-unit complex consisting of apartment and condo buildings.
