Projects Bassi was the General Contractor for this tenant fit up project.  The renovation included demolition, re-modeling the floor layout to better suit the tenant’s requirements and re-instating interior finished and fixtures. It was completed over two floors and was a total of 17,800 sq.ft.

Projects Located on St. Joseph Boulevard in Orleans, the Orleans Dental Clinic is a state of the art facility servicing the local community. The property is 15,500 square feet and was purpose built specific to all the required medical health standard necessary for a dental clinic.

Projects Bassi Construction was hired to complete the base building demolition project in co-ordination with working along side with In-Tempo Design. Our team followed strict guidelines to keep scrap metal in order for it to be used by local artist. Upon demolition completion, their work was displayed for public to view.
