Conversion of an existing 8 story, +54,000 SF office building to a 61 unit luxury apartment building for District Reality. The Building previously was the headquarters of the Red Cross. The scope of work included demolition back to building shell, new elevator, as well as all new finishes throughout the apartments and the excessive amenity spaces. Project was substantially completed on a 32 week aggressive schedule with multiple shifts and dozens of tradesman working simultaneously over numerous floors.
