Projects Bassi Construction was hired to complete the base building demolition project in co-ordination with working along side with In-Tempo Design. Our team followed strict guidelines to keep scrap metal in order for it to be used by local artist. Upon demolition completion, their work was displayed for public to view.

Projects The Bassi Restoration Division was hired to complete the concrete repairs on multiple balconies. Access to the balconies was done by swing stage in order to complete the localized concrete repairs.

Projects Project included concrete repairs, application of a waterproofing membrane, and installation of new guard rails at 50 balconies. Localized concrete repairs at the three-building complex. Phased work over multiple years beginning in 2015.
